Sourdough Pancakes

Sourdough Discard Pancakes


2 cups flour

1 cup sourdough discard

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

2 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 eggs

2 cups almond milk



🥞Mix all ingredients and let rest for 15 minutes. (It will be lumpy)


🥞For crispy edges, heat skillet to medium heat and melt butter. Scoop about 1/4 cup per pancake for large cake. Once bubbles form around the edges, flip the pancake and cook for another minute. Makes 12 large pancakes.
